Mary Ann Adelman ("us", "we", or "our") is the developer of Pickleball Drills & Guide (PDG) and What's That Level? (WTL) apps. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personally Identifiable Information (PII) or Personal Health Information (PHI).
PDG and WTL do not transmit or send any data to the developer. Any data entered, saved, and/or transmitted by users of the application is at the user's discretion and out of the control of the developer.
No PII or PHI is requested or collected via Log Data.
Since data is not collected by us outside of the app, there is no deletion protocol. To delete the data stored in the app on the user's device, the user simply needs to click "Delete" and that record (or records) will be permanently deleted from the app.
We will not use any PII or PHI to contact you with newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information.
The security of your PII and PHI is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your data entry and/or transmission, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
No application data is sent, stored, or retained by the developer of this application or its website. Any locally stored data is secured by native iOS or Android operating system controls.
Any user-initiated data sharing relies on iOS or Android platform-native messaging capabilities and security.
This Privacy Policy is effective as of 03/16/2026 and will remain in effect except with respect to any changes in its provisions in the future, which will be in effect immediately after being posted on this page.
